I bought the Eureka Forbes product - Aquasure about a week back. I raised a request for the installation of the product at the helpline number:: 18602661177. My request number is 86332823, I was told that it would take a maximum of 24 hours to assemble the water purifier.Every day I am 'promised' that it shall be installed in the next 4-5 days and nothing is done about it. At first I thought that it would have been a one off case with one person in the helpline. But this has happened consistently for the last 5 days. I am surprised at the service levels especially at a necessity like drinking water. I request Eureka Forbes to change its tagline from 'Your friend for life' to 'Your enemy for life'.

I request all the consumers who are going through this post to stay away from Eureka Forbes/Aquaguard products.
