    Dear Sir/Madam,
    Concerning Authority,
    Consumer Court,
    Bhopal.

    I am a resident of Bhopal (M.P) residing at 8, Shankar Nagar Barkhera Pathani BHEL
    I purchased an Aqua guard RO filter on 30-04-10.The product catalogue clearly states about a warranty of 12 months from the date of sale which means that the product is still under warranty.
    Since the purchase of the RO I am facing continuous problems with it and especially with the Home Service facility of Aqua Guard.
    Now the RO is again out of function completely (probably the filters are choked).
    At first I informed about the problem to the Eureka Forbes Officer MR S.J. HUSSAIN (TEAM LEADER) on 18-06-10 and asked him to send someone to Home for repairing the RO.
    Since then I have been regularly following up and requesting for a visit of a service engineer to come and repair the RO but inspite of many commitments from Mr. S.J. HUSSAIN no one has ever visited my home for service issues.

    On repeatedly following up, Mr. HUSSAIN told me that the Service Engineers will only come when they are free and that as he is sitting in the office so he has no control over the punctuality and service requests attending of the service engineers. It’s very annoying and disappointing that no service engineers were available for fulfilling one service request in 30 days.

    This in my opinion is sheer lack of professionalism and on top of that harassment for the client.
    Once in one of my previous complaints I was provided the number of the Service and SALES Team Leader called Mr. Jogeshwar Tiwari incase of any emergency, so I called him on 18/07/10 and asked him to come or send any service engineer to check and repair the RO as I have been continuously complaining for no visit of engineers for repairing and he confirmed me that he will be sending someone by Monday i.e. by 19/07/2010 but again till today evening no one have attended my service request.

    Now I think that the Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard service engineers are rather out of control of their management or the Eureka Forbes Office guys are deliberately delaying in service so that people who are in emergency will ultimately get fed-up and will stop calling.

    I would request you to please look into this matter and take proper action so that such cases does not arise in near future with any genuine customer.

    Default Technical problem not resolved

    Dear Sir,

    This is Saravanan from Hosur, I purchased a RO elegant water purifier 5 months back. At the time of installation it self there was a problem with flush knob which the service person replaced temporarily and told he will rectify the problem shortly and didnt turn up at all. 2 months back flush knob completely got struck, even after calling the person who installed(Mr. Venkatesh) there was no response at all.

    I'm totally disappointed about your service response, colleagues of mine had already insisted me on going for a local brand as the person would be easily available for service, itz only me who had decided to go for AQUA SURE.

    I just wanted to know the right person/channel to contact to get the issue rectified asap, I would be extremely annoyed if any technical problem occurs as the flush doesn't work.

    I would request you to please look into this matter on top priority and take proper action so that such cases does not arise in future with any genuine customer.

    Angry Aquaguard Service VERY BAD

    Aquaguard Total Sensa Purchase 12.01.09 for Rs. 14,500.00. we have got all candles changed on 31.7.10 for Rs. 3,330.00. Water coming in tricks subsequently.... complained several times... Service person Mr. Kumar comes after 10days. He was not in a position to understand the problem. He opened all the equipment and left it scattered for 3 days and the person who came next also could not do the needful. The third person who comes eventually puts all inthe equipment back in its place. though the water is not coming to its regular flow, we were told that it will come in its course of time but the problem still continues. We called 27605605 so many times n we were told the technician is coming today.... tomorrow and so on. Today at 9:50 Am the first technician Mr. Kumar arrived. When asked if he is well versed with Aquaguard Total Sensa he says NO. BUT THE MOMENT HE CAME BEFORE EVEN TOUCHING THE MACHINE HE DEMANDED IT WILL BE Rs. 250/- as service charges.

    The service of your HYD office needs to be updated and customer oriented and u'r B'lore office 39883333 receives the calls, assures of the services but fails. This has happened several times. Pl. look into the matter and respond.

    Default regarding repairing

    Dear sir
    my aquagaurd is under service contact upto 25-5-2011.on 12-11-2010 their was leakage from outlet i complaint to service center at varanasi. some machanics come to attained the problem but he could not handle it. again i call then after two day some another machnic come he try to resolve problem but could not to do so. when he go back another leakage from body take plase as well as from outlet. i inform several time to cervice center but untill now no body come to handle it. it is very hardship for me to take drinking water from tap.

    Post AMC contract signed with False commitment ..Bhopal

    Dear All,
    I am one of the user of Eureka Forbes product and have been using Water Purifier from last 3yrs.One day one of their executive came and explained me about the services and AMC offers to which i believed and immediately signed a AMC contract on dated 28/11/2009.
    Receipt No:16826914,in the name of Abhishek Chauhan & gave a cheque of RS 2550..cheque no:867603(HDFC BANK CHEQUE).
    Since than no one from the Service team has even turned up for any kind of routine service.
    I myself even tried calling Exec named Somnath but he refused the same saying this is not his area.
    I am very disappointed by the services and offers and feels cheated by the company who has taken 2550 rs in the name of AMC.

    Need urgent attention on this.

    I am using AQUASURE ELEGANT RO from last three months and in three months only it has choked. I am trying to get it repaired from last week,as it is under warranty,but no one has turned up yet. I am very much regretting to have chosen EUREKA FORBES.

    Default About reparing

    Dear sir,

    I live in burhanpur (M.P) and am using aquaguard total Ro purifier from last one year but from last 20 days it has been chocked . Ihave put a complaint to our dealer m/s M.A.M Lukmanji in burhanpur city from leat 15 days on 18/06/2011 , next day the tecnition came and checked it and told that membrane is chocked and has to be changed and left by assuring to change it by the evening , but till date it has not been changed buy them . I had reminded them for this at least 5 to 6 times but always i get anothet assurance .     Default aqua guard service problem

    I am using the aquaguard for the past 4 years. Problem is persisting for the past 4 years the service is bad. For the past one week i am repeatedly calling the service people nobody has attended on to the problem does any has solution or just throw it out and go for a new one.

    Thumbs down Complaint regarding service given

    Sir,

    I am from Nagpur city. Recently one of the service person from your Nagpur office visited our home for regular servicing of our Aqua gaurd water filter. But, to our surprise found that he could not repair it and hence the water is leaking from different places .

    The service boy promised that he would be visiting again to repair things ,but not yet responded.

    When we spoke to him , we even got to know that the last time when one of the service boy came he lied and wrote in the service check list sheet that he has changed the water filter.

    It is really surprising to see that the service is very poor and customers are fooled even after signing 2 years of service contract.Our contract is since October 2010-2012.

    We want to take care of the complaint at the earliest as we only have 1 water filter and in this season we require it the most.

    Hope we receive a call from your side to know that the complaint is taken care by intellectual people in such a reputed company.

    Default Complaint of Aquaguard sales person Swami

    Hi ,

    I purchased Aqua guard total enhance on 16/11/2011from the Sales person "Swami" of mahadevpura office bangalore. After the payment he never showed up for water checking, warranty. when ever i am calling him either he is not picking up the call or making false commitments regarding visiting.

    Even the unit which is given to me leaks from the tap. I am pissed of with following up.

    Unhappy AquaGuard - Need to take action .

    Dear sir,

    I purchase AQUA GUARD DUO on oct 14 - 2011 for 15,000 Rs.. On same day of installation, the wall mount in the product broken. and the i am unable to use the product from the frist day of installation.

    I have been complainting the customer care centre for past 40 days, every time they registered as new complaint and say "YOUR PROBELM WILL BE RESOLVED IN 24 HRS.". But still day, nobody come to attend my probelm.
    VERY WROST SUPPORT .

    I called the service enginer and service manager for T-nager and anna Nager SEVERAL TIME. But still no response.

    Please request you to help to resolve the problem. This probelm are making me very worst

    Default Aquagaurd- Worst Customer Support

    We recently purchased an Aqugaurd RO model and have been experiencing hell a lot of problems with the machine every month
    We dont get the complaint attended for a very long time,we had problems with the filters and it has been told that it is the responsibility of the customers to clean the filters and its out of their scope to do the cleaning part.
    But i dont understand why we are experiencing this problem as we had Water tests performed before installing the machine and it was the technicians from aqua-gaurd who recommended us this specific model
    And now we have been experiencing the same problem twice every month and each time awe literally have to beg the technicians to attend the complaint
    We are still facing the problem and it has been two weeks and they are yet to attend the complaint
    We are really tired of "sorry for the inconvinience" messages coz this keeps happening every month to us
    We are really fed up now and are planning to ask the technicians to uninstall the machine and take it back ,and we have made it a point not to recommend Aquaguard for any of our friends.

    Dear Sir,
    i lodged a complaint on 2nd November(complaint no-85808689) regarding leakage of my aquasure extra from the tap but no one bothered to follow up.
    I again called on 3rd December, they assured me help but again no response.
    On 15th December i again called, again they assured me that they would come the next day but it was a false promise
    Today is 16th, i again called them up to remind them.
    This is harassment of the customer and i would definitely advise all my friends not to buy any product from Eureka Forbes as the customer service is very poor.
