Dear sir/Madam,

My self Sumant Senapati , have a problem in my water purifier RO Smart purchased from
Eureka forbs ltd.I have registered a complaint regarding the problem at their customer care office on 25/06/2010 , and the complaint no is - 83099216 . After repeated calling also they have not came to see the problem they keep on saying that their technician will visit today ,tomorrow but no body has visited yet.This is hopeless , horrible and irresponsible service.
