This is Mandar Patil from Wakad, Pune.
I bought water filter (Aqua Sure Storage UV) in October 09 and it has got warranty of 1 year. From last two weeks, I am facing issues in it (UV portion not working / water leakage). I registered complaint on Euro help line on 4-Aug-10 and they committed me to provide service in 48 hrs. Since then I am daily calling helpline number for status of my complaint and they are committing to send executive. It has been six days now, and still I neither even seen an executive nor a single call from there service center.
Last full week I arranged someone from my family to be available at home so that we can’t miss service executive and this is all because of helpline fake commitments. I am totally fed up with the product and company service. I think service and company should get changed penalty for fake commitments and wasting customer time and money . Please help me.
