last month i have given a complaint against L P G domestic Distributer namely '"Fuel's India ". chennai .attached to "Bharath Petrolium Pvt Ltd ." He is appointing hope less staff at office ,and delivery Boys roudless they are demanding extra money for the delivery of Gas cylinder ,and behaving very unhamanly if money is not paid extra . at office the staff will not pickup the call, if they do they replay very roughly . every month After the booking Date (21 Days after the delivery) the distributer is taking more 10 days to deliver a cyclinder tottal days =21 days +10days = 31 days . but in a number of seven( 7 )peoples are living how one cylinder gas is sufficient for 31 days for cooking ,hot water ,ect .currently iam not having Gas to cook .every month iam ajdusting some other mean to Run a family . the main problem is to send children to school with food . kindly guide me what step i should take against the Distributer to come over this routine problem .shall i seek legal intervention Reg Dereliction at providing service by the distributer .
