Dear sir

I have puchased a water purifire Aquaguard NF Model RO Unit No.8007420 and have made AMC valid upto 07/11/2010 vide Customer Code 1005547035 and Customer ID AS/2817. At present my Aquaguard remains under breakdown for last two months the servicemen have come several times but failed to rectify/repaid the same and ultimately they have left unrepaired.

I may asked whether my Aqua Guard will remain unrepaired forever.The another solution is to return back the set to Service Head Quartes,Bangolre.

You are requested to take necessary action immediately to repair the same .
