Respected Sir/ Madam,

I the undersigned Mrs. Vanaja Sameer Goswami staying in Pimple Nilakh, aundh dealing with sandesh gas agencies, pimpri facing lots of proble for booking my house gas cylinder.

Last 1 year Sandesh Gas Agency has changed their address of deliverying cylinder normally I use to book my gas on their landline number 020-27414744 and in next 3 days i would get my cylinder.

But for last 3-4 months i am facing lots of problem for booking the cylinder on telephone, and if i decide to go personally and book where should i book the pimpri office people say go to pimple nilkah office (physically there is no office in pimple nilakh). for last 2 days non for their landline are working BSNL computerised message is coming may be they must hav not paid the landline bills.

You are kinldy requested to look into the matter urgently.
