i have a complaint against AHRIHANT GAS AGENCY WHICH IS LOCATED IN SOLAPUR BAZAR , PUNE 48. TEL NO 26361378,26361750,26330244...
I Malika Memon went to book a new connection of gas cylinder at the above gas agancy, where i was been told to pay Rs 5,703 ( Five Thousand And Seven Hundred ) when i asked the incharge lady who was on duty told me that this include,s cylinder,gas lighter,regulator,pipe,gas stove,iron and 5 kg of rice,i was really surprised when i came to know this,i was been forced to pay this amount ,other wise i they not get a new connection to me . First i though tht may be this is compulsary,but when i went home and did enquiry this system of the gas agancy through the net,where it came to my knowledge tht it is not necessary for the costumer,s to purchase all such item,s while booking for a new connection.
then i took all the item,s like gas stove, iron, and 5 kg of rice to the AHRIHANT GAS AGENCY and requested them to take back all this items and tht i have all this items at my home,but they took only the iron and returned me 450 rs for the iron, rest the rice and the gas stove was not been taken from me , i was been told to give a call the Mr. Bharat Jain on his mob no, when i called Bharat Jain, i requested him to return back my money and take the rice ,adn the gas stove so mr Bharat jain started shouting me on the phone, he told me tht if u dont want the rice ,gas stove you will have to return all the items as well as the cylinder, regulator, pipe back and tht they will not give me new connection any more, i was helpless so i took the help of the near police, i went and launched a complaint against AHRIHANT GAS AGENCY,and there after the next day i went to the collector office to inform the injustice happening at AHRIHANT GAS AGENCY.
Sir this injustice is happening from years and year,s this agency has been cheated my all entire family members also but no one had time to give a complaint against this gas agency.
my humble request to you to take a serious action this injustice happening In AHRIHANT GAS AGENCY.AND TO INFORM YOU THT NOT ONLY AHRIHANT GAS AGENCY ,IN ALL THE GAS AGENCY THE SAME TYPE OF INJUSTICE IS GOING ON.and all the people get scared to give complaint against the gas agency becasue they threthen the custmors tht tehy will not supply any more gas .so the poor people just keep quiet against this crime happening in all the gas agancies.
i need your help to take an immediate actinon.

yaha par indane gas 3-4 mahine ke bad mil pati he aur usme bhi ghodo jaisi race lagani padti he jab kahi mile ya na mile aur jo old man he unka no.to pata nahi kab aaye . Yaha gas ke liye koi rules regulations nahi he . aur jo bhi rules he wo jab bhi hum kabhi gas lene jaate he badal jate he .yaha ka poora system bigada hua he.yaha gas black kee jatee he.
