I am resident of coimbatore / I have a gas connection with RAKI gas agent/they asked for ration card in july
showed and supplied on 12.8.11 .later I booked thro phone again they said bring ration card also said when ever we ask for ration card you should bring then only we will book your refill .then I booked my refil on 15.9.11 thro sms booking ref No12824957 .but till now not supplied the refill.My consumer no is 34822.

I want to inform you that I am a Customer of Sinthi HP Gas Service (Add-47A BT Road Kolkata), the main problem is that this Gas agency is not provide proper service to the customers
like when are going to book the refile they are doing misbehave & also charging the extra 20 or 30 rs with the refile for the delivery & maximum time they are not picking up any phone calls in the working hours on daily basis

This is humble request to you please take the necessary action.
