Dear Sir/ma'm,

My name is waquar Ahmad and i booked the cylinder for LPG gas on 01st of October, 2011 and has not got the cylinder delivered yet. I also happened to visit the distributor, FRIENDS GAS SERVICE in BHARAT NAGAR, NEW DELHI-25, they told me that it will be delivered on October 09th, 2011 and the delivery man was standing there promise me the delivery today but it never happened, Also the biggest challenge is with the cylinder not filled entirely and measures always approximately 5 Kg lesser than the actual weight of the cylinder filled with the Gas.

Kindly look into the matter and do something about it at the earliest.
