I am a consumer of Indane gas since 1972 and my distributor is Sunder Shayam Enterprises, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058.
Last time when I made a complaint regarding delay in delivery and no response on phone, the services were improved, but I was given the mobile no. of Mr Rampal, and the delivery was made within one or two hours.
This time I booked my gas on 22nd of June on 1260 and when I didn't receive the gas till 29th of June I made a call to the distributor and I was told that the deliery could not be made in time due to strike and will be made tomorow i.e. 30th of June, but still no response, whereas I see the delivery man to deliver the gas in black daily, and the consumer is told shortage.
As the rate of the gas is inreased after more than a weak and the distributor is shen aske about the rate, he says the rate shall be charged at the time of delivery. So I would like to know why so when I booked on 22nd and rate was increased on 26th June, so the delay is due to delivery and I was unaware about the increase of rate whereas the distributor is aware of that and due to this the delay is made.
I would like to know about the delay, increase of rate and what system is being adopted to stop the blackmarketing.
