Gas Leackage of 1.5 Ton split Voltas split Platina

Dear Sir,
Once again i am submitting this complaint regarding the leackage of my Voltas Split unit.
Earlier i have complained to your consumer form on dated 29.08.2010 at 10.40 pm.
They had filled the gas three time in 2010.
This year again filled three times, but no satisfaction. I am not satisfied of their services, Every time i hace to inform them to check my airconditioner.
I have paid a sum of rs. 27500/- A reputed co. is giving this type of product.
It shows your product quality is very poor.
One thing which we have noticed that your Evaporator filters can't cleaned our selves without dismentling the unit.
I reuest the authority to please replace my whole unit. Your model is not succes in market.
Please take a early necessary action.
Once again i request please replace my unit.i am very much upset of this unit.

Voltas split veritas Platina ac **** 1.5 Ton

Dear Sir,
My self is Gurpreet Singh, i have purchased a split ac from voltas ltd. through Dealer U.S. Shoppe B-3/62, G, Floor, Janakpuri, New Delhi. phone no. 25537075. on dated 14/03/2010.
Complaint lioged on dated 07/04/2010 due to pcb defective and no gas inside. They came on 12th and repaired.
2nd. complaint on dated 20/05/2010, there was no gas inside. they came again and charged the gas.
3rd time again complaint loged on 16/08/2010 , no gas in the system. and they came on dated 20.08.2010.
at that moment they said there is leackage in pipe line and said we will be replaced it .But technician came on 27/08/2010 after many calls.
He came and said its service valve to be replace bcos it is also leaking .
But i refused him to replace and weld the sysem.
Every time they are making us fool. Mr. Dua Area service manager, Mr. Sanjay Bhatt,
Sanjay bhatt missbehaved with us and loose talk.
I have purchased this unit begining of summer but i have not find a comfort night in a single day.
i have paid a lumpsump amount of rs. 27500/-
I request the authority to change the unit, extended warranty or refund my money with interest and mental harrashmnet which i and my familly had .I humbly request u to please help me.
