I booked for refilling the gas cylinder on 23rd Sep-2011. My consumer no. is 10997. Today is 10th of October-2011. Till today, the gas is not delivered on my address.

It had also happen with me that the gas was delivered after 28 days of booking. on asking at the office of the above gas distributor, they say that the delivery boy went at my address and nobody was there to receive the gas, while it is totally false statement. At least one of my family members remain at home every time. Also, if there is nobody at home at the time he approached, why he not leave some slip there so that we can collect the gas from the godown of the distributor?
