The above said agency staff is very rude and do not lift phone calls for weeks. I will narrate the frustrated moment i suffered with this agency.
I had booked gas on 25-Jan-11 by calling 1260 as i did not get connected to the company's phone numbers after trying for one hour! I received token number as 17. I waited for one week and talked to the boy who comes to my street for distribution on 31-Jan-11. He said will take one week. I started calling agency from 1-Feb-11. No response as always busy after trying for several hours (Please believe me this is true). Everyday I use to call them for some time on their four telephone numbers printed on their receipts. BUSY!!! Then on 7-Feb-10 I visited by taking half from office to inquire the status. The person as booing counter rudely answered the person visited your house and it is LOCKED. But in actuals nobody visited as we (my wife and me) were present whole day at home. The counter person took another booking and said it will take another week. Then I discussed with another senior person by narrating the story. I said in within 3 days he will send the gas. Today the gas distributing boy come the venue and even we (my wife and me) present at home did not call us and just went away (This information I got from my neighbor). I think these people selling gas in BLACK. Please take some action against this agency. As I am not the only sufferer by this agency. These Agency guys are DEFINITELY into something more than legal gas distribution. Every month I have to waste 3 to 4 days, atleast 3 hours everyday to just get connected to their numbers for booking and I am NOT in the least exaggerating. Thier automatic registration just does not work. Even if you get a token number, later they will say they never got any request and will not deliver on time.
When all the other agencies near my house deliver within 1 or 2 days after booking, these people always give "stock out" reasons. If HP can deliver why not Indane?

The front line staff is extremely rude when you go for enquiry. They do nopt even listen to your concerns and will literraly shoo you away!

Some action has to be taken against these fellows immediately.

Agree with all others - we just cannot connect to their lines (4 #s) for hours and days together... i think we all have better things to do in life than keep calling Gurukrupa during the day for hours and days...

when the phone rings they dont pick up... and in the next second the line is busy... if the expectation is for us to go in person and book, then its extrmenly poor customer service from Indane... and their approved agency.

I've had no problem with the delivery once i get thro... the delivery man is v polite and pleasant... but getting thro' is the most frustrating part..
