I had purchased the Hitachi AC ( Slit AC “Ace follow Me”) Last year from Lucknow and it was installed in my hometown Kanpur, Now I am facing the problem there is no cooling effect .So I made call(26th May2011) to care care centre and they had registered the complain Service request no is 11052601741 and I was told that problem will be attained within 72 hours . on 28th May 2011 I have contacted local no (05123233555)which was provided by your customer care executive during the registering the complain. After contacting the this no (05123233555), I was handle very rudely by available representative and I was told by him do whatever you like ,even you can made complain everywhere , can be complain to customer care etc ,. My problem has not be addresses till time. But today serivce guy came from local office he is asking about the visit charges without solving my problem. bulshit sevice!
