Dear sir,

I have purchased a 2400VA Honda Generator on 26th June, 2011 from Agra (Model No. : 'EXK-2800S', Engine No.: 9267374). I believed the name of Honda but, I am very disappointed after purchasing this generator. My three computers have been damaged through this generator's voltage fluctuation. I am facing the problem with this generator from the starting. Service engineer came and he said voltage fluctuation problem will be happened.

If voltage fluctuation happens above 2100va load then Honda should be write in the user mannual that "don't connect your sensitive equipments with this generator, your equipments may be damaged".

At the time of purchasing Honda dealer (New Agencies AG, Agra), whose behavour is not good, said, "you can run twelve computers (without UPS), two fans and two tube lights through this generator and it will give stable voltage and frequency and you will not have to face voltage fluctuation problem because this is Honda genset". If this generator is not suitable for computers, dealer should be told at the time of purchasing. This is big cheating with me. My mentally, physically and financially harassment has been done through this generator. Now I feel, I have purchased a big trouble.

Now, Honda's engineer says, You can use 2000va or max 2100va load through this generator without fluctuation. Tell me one thing, have I purchased this generator after spending total Rs. 70,000/- only for 2000va load ?

Now, I want to return this generator.
