Dear Sir/Madam

I have HP Gas connection from Jayshree Gas Service Mira Road (E), My consumer no is 634364 on Name of Rupesh Kumar.

I have booked my cylinder on 12th September 2011 and so far I have not got delivery. When we try to contact them they pick up the phone and keep in side. After trying various time they again pickup the phone and now asking what is your booking date, your booking is not done, then I given them booking date then they told your cylinder returned due to door close but my house is always open nobody came to being cylinder from HP Gas. Now they are saying they will deliver the cylinder after 20 days.

Please let us know what should I do to submit complain in consumer form or please take appropriate action.
