Hi,

I had visited the HP gas dealer Seejal enterprises on 10/10/2011 and have not got the proper response for my queries and later on I booked a new connection on 11/10/2011 and paid the money Rs. 4378/- (in cash) and not got any receipt apart from the regulator from the booking officer and when asked for the cash receipt the booking officer told me that regulator is the proof of your payment and we do not give the receipt to any of customer so we will not give it to you but when I got stuck for the having the receipt he said you can withdraw your booking. Apart from it he asked me to come after 10 days to get the Gas Stove and cylinder while the other dealer of the HP Gas in Nerul west area is giving the connection in 2 days but I am compelled to take the connection from Seejal enterprises only since my residence comes under the area of this agency. I have also logged a complaint (reference no. 11044163) official website of HP Gas ( Track Complaint) on 11 Oct. 2011, but till date there is no response from their side. so plz help me out.
