On 23-06-2010 I had booked for a refill of gas cylinder. They informed me that it would be delivered after 4 days. On 26-6-10 they delivered the same and asked me to pay an amount of rs 348.45 which was the new rate (increased on the 27-6-10. When I phoned the company they argued with me that the new stock had come and hence they were charging the new rate. I paid the amount of rs 348.45 and told them that I would complain about it. Hence this letter.

Kindly look into the matter and inform me.
