My name is saira Perween living in khagaul patna (Bihar),i am a Indane consumer my Indane consumer NO. is 1632. I have booked to refill the cylinder booking No.203280 on 3rd july 2011. i have got a message from Indane automated refill booking system that ur cylinder is dispatched with cash memo 3320., but still i havnt got the cylinder the local Indane distributor at khagaul patna is not responding anything regarding it they are making dilly dally it is not happenning this month it is usual throughout the year. kindly look into the matter .
