My gas connection number is 14530 and the supplier is arjun gas agency in kozhencherry. Since last year consumers hereabouts have to dial 0484-2357037, to book for gas. It has been a problem from day 1!! This line is 99% engaged, and in the rare event it does ring, nothing happens: The ringing will eventually stop. I have been trying to book a cylinder for a month almost and have failed. Will those concerned please provide some alternative for hapless consumers like us or vamp this existing sytem or revert to the old system. At least we could directly to the agency and book then!!

Although I have not booked the gas,I have received a message on 11.08.2011, that gas has been booked for consumer No.31796 with booking reference No.23994.Since, I have not booked gas the booking may not be considered. Also I request that necessary measures are introduced to avoid such fraudulent actions.

I have booked the gas vide order no.209322 dated 08 aug 11 and cash memo 6375 at gemini gas agency , najafgarh, but till now the gas has not been delivered to me (consumer id- 25248). In general all most all delivery ar delaying by the agency.such a delay causes a great problem to me & my family.request you to investigat the problem whether this problem pertains to me or for all or the gas agency.i have personally approached the manager but he is not interested about the same neither they are in possesion of customer complaint register.please look into this.thanking you.

I have booked Indane gas cylinder through web with Kiratpur Gas Agency, Kiratpur on 5th August & my booking No. was 971, Connection No. is 1037. It is very sad to say that till 11:35 AM of 29th July , Gas cylinder was not delivered. Although the service of this agency was very good in past.

I have booked a refill gas for home delivery on 10-7-2011 but till today 24-8-2011 not deliver. whenever i make phone call to the representatives she says tomorrow must be delivered.I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with indane.My gas agency distributor name is SUDARSANAM IND.(PULLAZHI-KER.) I bboked for refilling cylender indain vide booking no 6487091 date 22.10.2011 from agecy cm no 17825 raise on 29.10.2011 but till date 3.11.2011 my cylender no received at 5.00 pm. i will com area manager Mr dinesh Malik South. There are no response . Ther are frought black cynlder are selling in market all people are involved in this regard please checked this record .

I booked my cylinder on 02.11.2011(refill booking no-237514). Rashmi Enterprises, Kankarbagh, Patna, is our dealer, reponsible for the supply of Indane gas cylinder. I haven't received cylinder till 24.11.2011. A cylinder is booked 21 days after the supply of one. It does mean that I shall have to purchase a cylinder from open market at a hefty price. I urge the Rashmi Rathi Enterprises, Kankarbagh, Patna, to help me. My Consumer No. is U17983.

i have booked gas cylinder through telephone in vinayaka gas agency kodungallur, thrissur dist., Kerala state last 40 days before. My consumer number is 33623. i'm sorry to say that agency had not delivered the gas cylinder till date. Before they had given good service, last 5 months ownwards they are taking 60-65 days for delivering. Sir, i'm a ex-service man & now i'm not in my home so please consider the complaint & take nessecry actions.

mera connection no.17275 rasbihari bansal ke naam se mathura gas service dampiear nagar mathura mei hai. mene pahele cylinder 19-01-2012 ko book karaya lekin unlogo ne meri booking 24-01-2012 ko ki lekin jab mei wapas 18-02-2012 ko gas book karane gaya toh meri gas book nahi ki aur bole hamare yaha 34 din ki booking chal rahi hai. jab mene unse complain book mangi toh unhone dene se mana kar diya aur kafi rough behavior kiya.aap hi bataye ki ese kese chalega. please meri complaint ko serious lete hue meri samasiya ka samadhan karway aur agency holder par uchit karvahi karvaye.apki ati kripa hogi.
