Am bokking my gas for reffliing date on 26.08.11. you are givving me conformation no- 245544, But till now i cant get gas refilling and also i tried to know my status for refiiling but there is no responce on on line phone service. thats way am rebooking on the 05.09.11 this time you are giving me conformation no-252975. So Please cancle my rebooking on date 05.09.11 and please activate my first refilling booking date on 26.08.11. because am suffring from cooking. so Please kindly accept my request.

My name is Vivin and i had applied for a new gas connection with RANIE ENTERPRISES, 44-PERUMAL NAGAR, NANG****LUR , CHENNAI on 18/06/2011
and i received the Letter on 18/09/2011. When i went in person to the get the connection, they are forcing me to buy the gas stove along with the
connection whereas in the indian oil website, its mentioned that the purchase of gas stove is not mandatory along with the new . I have already purchased a SUN FLAME ISI marked gas stove and i dont want the stove that is offered along with the new connection

complaint regarding illegal selling of cylinder
with due respect we want to inform you that our cylinder which comes from SNP Enterprises,Address-8,Aravali Shopping Centre,Alaknanda,New Delhi-110019 is sold out illegally.we book our gas cylinder on 8th Sept.2011. we enquired about the delivery,it shows us that cylinder has been delivered on 16 Sept.2011.but we have not recieved till yet.please help us.
Smelling Fishy with Veer Shiv Gas, Ratanada, Jodhpur
I am customer of Veer Shiv Gas Agency, Ratanada, Jodhpur. From last 15 days I am visiting almost daily for getting refilled cylinder, but the answers I am getting from the staff is very fishy. It may be possible that they are selling the gas in black market. Indane must take a very strict supervision on this particular agency. Because in Jodhpur, Chandra Kitchen gives you the gas refilled in 600/- INR etc.
Transfer of name and gas connection

My self Gourav Girdhar S/O SH. Ramesh Girdhar. I am custmer of SHRI LAKSHMI JI INDANE, SHEELA BYE PASS, ROHTAK. They transfer my connection to ABHIL INDANE but they are creating problems in transfer the connection. They told that my name is nat in the computer list. The connection is also transferred to the name of SH. Ramesh Girdhar. SHRI LAKSHMI JI INDANE also charged 1400 Rs. to transfer or change the name. We are facing problems from 2 months. My father have to take leave from office. but the problem is not solve. So please take some action about this problem.

Complain against Mr. Duggal incharge of K2 Agency Sarita Vihar
Sir, I am facing lot of problems. Pl. take necessary action against Mr. Duggal who is the incharge of K@ Agency, Sarita Vihar, Delhi. I booked my gas last week I have compuerised numbber also but they are refusing to accept this. I talked to Mr. Duggal his attitude was very rude. He don't know how to handle any customer. I can't explain his attitude. But I am very much disappointed with his attitude.
Pl. my request take necessary action agaisnt him.

This is in regard of failure of refilling of Indane Gas Cylinder. We have booked our gas on 15-09-2011, with consumer connection number 26384 (sathya pradeep) , and we got a SMS saying that against the refill booking 251866 cash memo genarated and memo number 334 on 04-10-11, Then we also got one more SMS saying that your cylinder has been deliverd against your refill booking
But till date, 24-10-2010 (even after a one month) , the cylinder has not reached at our place. I want to keep in the notice of Indane Distribution officials or companies, that their VERY POOR Services will affect their brand and it may result in loss of Indane customers.
Request you to kindly look in to this above and take nessecerry action on this ....thanks

Delay in Gas Culider delivery
I have booked my Indae Gas cylinder on 28th Sept-11 thru IVR. My Agency is Maa Krupa Anna Nagar West Ext Chennai.
Consumer no is 21971 and the Booking Ref No. is 235044.
According to the IVR SMS The Cash memo got generated on 8th Oct-11 but Cylinder is yet not been delivered.
I have called to Agency many a times first of all the no. is constanly busy, and even of we get the no. the staff is so rude in answering and they always say it will be delivered tomorrow.
Yesterday i went to the Agency where i intearcted with Ms. Arthi and Sumati they again told me that it will be deliver tommorow.
Please take necessary action as we are suffering this almost every month with this delay.
Indane Gas Complaint: Seetha rama indane gas service, anekal, bangalore
Hi,
We had a gas connection transferred from Vishwanath gas agency: banashankhari, Bangalore, (Customer number : 64383) to seetha rama indane gas service, anekal, Bangalore (customer number : 3449).
We had this connection in Vishwanath agency for more than 3 years, but when we transferred to Seetha rama gas agency, we got one delivery and after that we were told that the connection got suspended.
When we contacted them, they said that all he documents were not submitted and we were told to submit the documents in the Anekal taluk office and get attestation on the gas passbook. Meanwhile we were told that we'll get 1 gas delivery till theses things are sorted out.
So i went to Anekal taluk office on 29th October and got the attestation from the taluk office. After that i went to Seetha rama gas agency for getting the gas delivery. We were told that we will not be given AANNYYY gas until the taluk people submit the go-ahead from them, not even 1 that we were promised.
This is soooooo frustrating. We had originally submitted the documents to Seetha rama people and they did not submit all the docs and our gas was suspended. Despite of that we did not complaint and went ahead and submitted the docs. Now we are told that we will not get anny connection with arrogance.
Is this the way you people mistreat your customers?

Denial of issue of LP Cooking Gas
Dear sir,
On behalf of my father Shri Sristidhar Das, Vill+PO- Bahirgachhi, dist-Nadia, WB, Pin -741154 would like to submit that inspite of several requests to Bishnupriya Gas service, Jagadanandapara, Bethuadahari, P.S-Nakashipara, Nadia,WB from where my father used to draw LP gas for cooking, the above mentioned gas agency is refused to issue gas to my father since first week of Oct 2011. The agency is even refused to registered demand. I am a defence personnel posted to north eastern states near Assam Arunachal border and unable to visit my home due to office commitment to solve the issue. My father is an aged person suffering from various old aged deseases and had to visit the gas agency travelling from 15 km distance. My father customer no - BP 6510.
I shall be gratefull if M/s Bishnupriya Gas service, Jagadanandapara, Bethuadahari, P.S-Nakashipara, Nadia,WB is instructed to issue gas immediately to my father and avoid such type of harrasment in future also.

I have booked my Indane Gas cylinder on 19th Sept-11 thru IVR.
My Agency is Rose Gas Agency Adambakkam Chennai.
Consumer no is 47614 and the Booking Ref No. is 285302.
According to the IVR SMS The Cash memo got generated on 8th Oct-11 (cash memo no 3695) but Cylinder is yet not been delivered.
I have called to Agency many a times first of all the no. is constanly busy, and even of we get the no. the staff is so rude in answering and they always say it will be delivered tomorrow.
For the past two days we went to the Agency where I intearcted with the staff and they treated me very rude and saying there is water logging in your area and not able to deliver it. In the mean time our additional cylinder also got exhausted and we are not able to book it.
Please take necessary action as we are suffering this almost every month with this delay.

Non delivery of refill cylinder
Dear Sir,
I booked gas on 13th Oct'11 but till date i.e. 02.11.2011 dealer did not supply gas. I have called many times but no budy picking the Phone. I have also call this no. 01165375746 and speak to one guy, he told me sir tommorrow i will arrange you. But still i am not getting refill cylinder. I am regularly calling this no. 01126897455 but not any body picking the phone. Some times due to non receipt of gas at their end there may be delay but not every time.My consumer no. is 39892 with Sona Enterprises, A-72/2, Masoodpur, Vasant Kunj,New Delhi -110070. Please see.
Cylinder supply not done - poor response
I am Lakshmi from Chennai. My Customer No.39923. I have booked gas cylinder in online a month back. But, so far, cylinder not yet delivered by local gas agency namely M V Enterprises. As i am having single cylinder, i am suffering for last 15 days for want of cylinder. The gas agency is making enormous delay and i am frequently complaining about this everytime. Please advice the gas agency to take action. This kind of negligence cannot be tolerable. They are not even bother about this and their service is very very poor. Expect stringent action against the gas agency.
