i am jasbir singh from bholath(kapurthala) ,i here by want to submit my complaint regarding indane gas agency s improper customer service,, the gas cylinder is provided after one month that to they dont pick the call.... after repeated calls if we get the gas cylinder booked that to service s very less like have to stand in a line for a long period of time. its needed that they should provide the gas cylinder at home delivery ..this s strictly needed,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, regards customer gas no( 5420) 9815087336 |

Transfer of indane gas connection(regulator & cylinder not provided)
Dear sir I am shifted from PANDU GHY TO NORTH GUWAHTY, I have deposited my regulator and 2 empty cylinder to M/S DEEP JYOTI GAS AGENCY PANDU GUWAHATI-12 Code – 79040754 date:01/09/2010. I submitted my transfer voucher to PRIYAM GAS SERVICE INDIAN OIL CORP. (ASSAM OIL DIVISION ) SILSAKO NORTH GUWAHTI CODE- 05300134. Date 06/09/10 and he has confirmed the documents. But he did not give regulator and filled cylinder. I am asking many times for regulator &cylinder but he told me he is not able to provide cylinder due to unavailability of regulator. Even I am telephonic contact with AREA MANAGER of Indian oil but they did not give proper response. The owner of PRIYAM GAS SERVICE tells me you can go and complaint any authority of Indian OIL, I cannot provide any regulator and filled cylinder to you. I have been a customer of Indane Gas & my Customer No.11432. Being a CENTRAL GOVT employee i have been transferred all over India and now i am in GUWAHATI. I stay with my family . I was delivered a gas cylinder about 15 days back, which looked really battered and worn out .
when it was installed it started leaking. I immediately contacted the agency to change it.A service man came and he changed the Vachel but did not replace the cylinder in spite of my requests. It has been leaking and has been kept out of the house since then . sadly no one is answering the phone at the agency. I am away from home in another town and my elderly parents can't go out to the agency on their own. Please understand the seriousness of this issue and do the needful at the earliest . DEAR SIR/MAM,
I am a registered customer of Indane Gas , Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad. Consumer No # 26873 registered on the name of Syed Sabir Hussaini. We live in Kamlapuri Colony There is always delay in delivery of Gas from this branch of Indane Gas. This month it reached to extreme level. Firstly I did the booking of my Gas on 21st of September and they said I will receive it within 3 days. After waiting for 8 days I called them again and they said u r booking is not there....who told u will receive in 3 days. Now your booking is of 28th and u will get it after 5 - 10 days. We waited.....no response or delivery Today contacted them and they are saying that some one has taken the cylinder from our side.......But, no one approached them till now. 1. How did the 3rd person came to know of our consumer number. 2. Without issue of bill how did the person took the cylinder from Warehouse 3. A guy name Sinnu or Srinu say's some one has taken the gas from our side which is not true. These Indane Gas people in Srinagar Colony are selling in black for Rs 600 and registering on other consumer name. They are also leaking the confidential information. An Enquiry should be setup to catch the thieves. A serious action should be taken against the culprits. Waiting for results from your indian consumer complaint dept. |

I regrette to inform you that when ever I have booked my gas cylender it always received in 25-30 days I would like to complaint agst the concern person to who make a regular practice for delaying delivery. Aapki indane ki agency jo ki phillaur (jalandhar) punjab mai hai usne hamara khana khanaa mushkil kar diya hai hame bahut pareshani ho rahi hai toh sir ji please kuch action lijiye sir hum tang tang ho gaye sir inhe kehte kehte yeh agency wale black mai bhi aapke cylinder 550 rupaye ka bechte hai

This is a complaint regarding Madhavi Gas Agency (Inane), Tolichowki Hyderabad. It is a wise saying that " service better to get rights to sale" Indane Gas is one of the most popular LPG provider but services are horrible.
I booked gas no 97644 on September 27, 2010. Till today I did not get the delivery. There is no specific service level agreement. They deliver when ever the want. They deliver only when the delivery boy comes to our area. They do not attend calls to book refill connection. They do not attend calls to give status of booking. If we personally visit there place no one to attend customers. It looks like a wine shop as customers are made to stand out side the office gate. Through this channel I want to bring to the notice of Indane Gas company to take action against their dealers who do not give better services to their customers. Respecd Sir,
My self Hitesh Patel s/o Devajibhai Patel(A/C NO: 7991) residing at Palanpur(Banaskantha),North Gujarat,Gujarat. Since many years we are using the indane LPG gas with Amardeep Agency(Palanpur branch).But many times we are facing problem on Deliver of refill within the time. I booked the refill last month but till date i didnt get the refill bottele. When we asked about the same simply said "it is on waiting or u can get within two days". It is not the first time the same feedback you can get from other consumers. Is this your system or process. And they dont bother either customer or their satisfaction. This type of incidents forced us to go for consumer court. Please help in this regards and close the issue at the earliest. Kindly let me know the complaint no for further reference. Sir,i am a consumer of indane gas,for my house hold purpose,we are really suffering from the delay which occuring from the side of the gas agency,for getting gas on time.we are waiting for more than a month after booking,this time we booked the gas on 6-09-10,and today is 22-10-10 still we didn't get the gas,several times we called the agency,their reply was like tomorrow,next week,stock didn't arrive so...and...so.last week they said that they already send it but till today we didn't get it,again we called today their reply was stock didn't come tomorrow....then we asked about their last time reply,they ignored it...really sir we fed up with this issue....please help us....my consumer number is 19730,name of the agency is 0rient gas agency kottarakara...hope we will get justice from your side my name is vijayalekshmi contact number is 0474 2419074

I have placed a request for additional cylinder connection on April 27th, 2010 and till today we have not got the additional cylinder connection. Every time when we call up or go to the gas agency centre, they say that it will take another 2 yrs to get the additional cylinder connection. They dont respond properly. They harass the customer like anything - shouting at us, using bad words and also even forcing us to buy gas stove or gas tubes when not required for us. When we got the new connection they forced us to buy the gas stove, inspite of we requesting them that i already have one at home. But still they didnt agree and made us buy the gas stove for our new connection. Any form, they will not have copies of it, they ll ask us to take more photocopies so that they can give it others. And if that get over someone who gets the last copy has to take more photocopies and give it to them. Most of the time, you go there for a request and they use abusive words for no reason. i am costumer of AZAD GAS SERVICE LUDHIANA .Delevery boy give the gas cylinder in black 650/ rupees dealer did not supply gas. Every time they take 12-15 days to supply gas. Some times due to non receipt of gas at their end there may be delay but not every time. Please see.....................

Uttranchal Gas Agency located at Dehradun is not supply the Gas Cylinders to the domestic users on the pretext that there is shortage of supply from the Principal Company. Whereas the Employees of Uttranchal Gas Agency, Dehradun has been giving the REfilled Cylinders to the Hotels, Restaurants, Dhabas and tea shop keepers in Kargi, Banjarawala, Dehradun.
For last two months general public is suffering from paucity of gas. Please take action against the Agency and oblige. |

Please see that the Uttranchal Gas Agency, Dehradun has not been supplying the Refilled Gas Cylinders to its domestic users whereas, domestic cylinders in bulk quantity are being supplied to the Hotels, Restaurants, Dhabas, Tea stalls etc. Domestic consumers are suffering badly.

I booked for a lpg cylinder refill on 19-10-10.My waiting list no. is 4182.Agency name; SREE MA KURUPA GAS AGENCY<Annanager western .extension, Chennai- 101.Ph. 26563350 till date I have not recd the refill. Last time it took more than 24 days to supply a refill to me. I booked on 03rd Sep and recd on 30-09-10. Will I receive the refill now, now 10 days over. THe con.no is 3341. Adress. J. respected sir,
when we openned our new cylinder gas rushed out from the cylinder ,when we reported at the dealer(royal indane pathanamthitta)they asked us to take the cylinder to the agency.they also asked us 76 Rs for the loss of 3Kg of gas and so i paid.take a new cylinder.is this the correct procedure in such a case .I do want to know the right procedure because this is not our fault,please do the needful in this case. thanking you, DR V Manikuttan (RIS 13042) |

AM GUHAN RESIDING IN KARAYANCHAVADI , I HAVE BOOKED A CYLINDER ON 8-10-10 AND I RECEIVED THE CYLINDER ON 31-10-10. 4.00.PM HAVING THE BILL DATE OF 23-10-10.I WANT TO KNOW THE SPECIFIC REASON FOR THE DELAY OCCURRED TO SUPPLY THE GAS FROM SHIV SHANKAR GAS AGENCY AND ALSO DELAY TO REACH MY RESIDENCE. THE AGENCY IS ALLOWING US TO BOOK THE CYLINDERS ONLY AFTER 21 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PREVIOUS CYLINDER AND THEY ARE TAKING 24 DAYS TO SUPPLY IT .TOTALLY IT TAKES 45 DAYS TO SUPPLY BUT OUR CYLINDERS ARE GETTING COMPLETED WITHIN 25 DAYS WE ARE VERY MUCH WORRIED WHETHER THEY ARE SUPPLYING US FULL QUANTITY AND ALSO FOR 15 DAYS WE SUFFERED WITH OUT COOKING. I am ALKA HARIDWAJ. I am from nagpur(maharashtra). I want to know about new connection rule because my connection was terminated as i did not book gas cylinder for 6 months. Now when ,i am renewing the connection they are insting to "BUY THE APRON ".I am paying the inspection charge rs 70 . should i take the apron. Is this is compulsory from the company. . Please inform me as soon as possible and if it is not compulsory to take apron. Tell me what further action should i take . TO whom RTI appliction should be submited as they don't provide the correct information & miss behave on the time of inqury |

Despite booking 3 weeks in advance, I have not received my Gas Cylinder. I was expecting the cylinder on Oct 30th 2010, and again when I checked, on Nov3rd, I was promised it on the same day. Now it is Nov 8th, and the agency turns the tables and says that it has not registered my booking and that it will take a week for delivery. In addition, I am yet to come across such rude staff who try to hide their actions with their rudeness!
I have noticed this to be a regular phenomenon with this agency. My presumption is that these cylinders are being diverted elsewhere to hotels etc during the festival seasons, and this is the excuse they give. If this is not the case, then this agency is probably the most inefficient one I have ever come across. I would request that very stern action is taken against this agency - they cannot hold the public at ransom! This agency needs to know that they are accountable to the public for their service and should not take their consumers for granted. Sir,
I have booked the gas cylinder with the South Madras Gas Agency, No.25, Tiruvenkadam Street, Chennai 28 on 10/10/2010 and my consumer number is 41453. The Gas Cylinder has not yet been delivered, and when I called there tele numbers: 044 24936795, there has been no response. I tried giving them the complaint in there tele number 044 - 24936713, the staff were very rude in reply and they had disconnected the line without giving a proper reply. It is highly improper on the part of the staff for a rude reply when i asked that the gas cylinder has not been yet supplied.
