    Default Indian Gas Complaint:Samadhan Gas Agency

    Dear Sir,
    I am Moreshwar Patil form Nashik.My Consumer number is 4056.I have take the services for the Samadhan Gas agency for last year.I have booked the another one cylinder but last 6 weeks.I am continuosely go in Samadhan Gas agency but no boday can response properly.First time when I booed the gas they give me one Indane Gas Sales Receipt but these reeipt is lost.So I am asking the Samadahn Gas Agency ulternate solution for last 6 weeks but they can not give me any reponse.So I am request you Pl help me in this matter & take the necessary action suffering for last 6 Weeks

    Default leakage compaint

    Dear sir

    I am the comsumer No. 4973 from chandigarh taking services from farid gas service Manimajra chandigarh.
    I had done a gas leakage complaint on 09.11.2011 at 10.30 am and up to now no budy is attend this leakage complaint and I have also done some calls to farid gas service but they said that our complaint attendent will come after 5. PM but no budy has came to attend the complaint.

    Who is responsible for any mishappening.

    Please do somthing as early as possible.

    Default Delay in supply of gas cylinder

    My consumer number is JE-42801 registered with Rose Gas Agency, Adambakkam, Chennai-88. I have booked for gas refill on 29.10.2011 (booking reference 307849). On 16.11.11, I got a message from 544112 that cash memo has been generated (No.5297). But till today (25.11.11) supply of refill has not been effected. Kindly help us in this regard.

    Default Delay in refilling of cylinder

    My consumer number is 3469 registered with Agni Indane Agency, Patel Nagar, Near KK Hospital,Bareilly, Uttarpradesh. I have booked for gas refill on 13.11.2011 (booking reference 1848). I got a message from Dealer on 20.11.2011 that you get a reffiled cylinder 2 or 3 days. Again I contact on 24.11.2011 they said the same words that you get refill cyclinder 2 or 3 days. Now again i contact them they said the same words that you get refill cyclinder 2 or 3 days. But till today (26.11.11) supply of refill has not been effected. Kindly help us in this regard.

    Dear ,Sir/madam


    We are staying in bangalore past 2 years ,we been taking the gas from the indane gas distributor named
    Rashmi gas agency
    #23/4 ,Nayandanahalli,Myasore road
    Near Rajarajeshwari nagar arch
    Bangalore
    PH:080 28602090,2999

    They all not respond to any of our inquiries and if we cal they hung up no matter what we were asking,if we directly to the agency no body will respond properly and the working people will be busy with their own personal discussion.mainly responding to the phone call is worst , one week before our gas has been locked by food office due which we were not able to book the gas,this gas agency is not all ready give any information to what to do.and simply they will tell us to come agency will check documents later when we go there they made us stand for hours even they will not look our document and tel us to go some other place.staffs are worst .I am really fed up with this agency

    have booked my gas on 19 th november 2011,booking no:6927 till date i have not get the cylinder. i have complain many times but there is no responce. Every time I have to face this problem for the gas delivery.what should i do? please help me.

    Angry gas not supplied on time

    Hi,

    i stay at duttapukur 24 parganas north and has been facing this problem since a long time.
    where the supplier is supposed to provide the gas cylinder within 10 to 20 days of booking we are getting it after 2 to 3 months after booking in this area. since two day we are not able to cook anything on the gas as the cylinder we have are empty. we have done the booking on 31/12/2011 but still did not receive any gas cylinder.we have also complained at the local gas office but no result. i would like to request the higher official to take some serious action on this problem in our area.

    Dear Sir,
    I am Mohit seth and my consumer gas no. is SG29499. My gas dealer is Sondhi gas agency Central Mkt,Saket,New Delhi,110017. I booked gas on 19th jan'12 but till date I have not received the cylinder i.e 25/01/2012 but I have received the message from 544111 that the cylinder has been delivered to your address with cash memo no. 10904 on 21st jan,2012. I have been trying their toll free complaint no. but there no one available on phone. they have been selling the gas cylinders ill legally. now i don't know whether the gas agency is involved or is the transporter. please look in to this matter as soon as possible.

    Post indian gas scam

    I am sathish kumar s/o a nataraj ac.no. 89467 from bangalore koramangla, here gajanana enterprises of Indian gas distributors koramangala, this agencise has not providing us gas on time and never respond to us, all the phone lines are never respond if we go there they compels us to buy commercial cylinders or pay more for cylinders, even if the booking and billing is done thst deliver four days late since the booking is taken 25 days from deliver date its hard for us to get refills, more over these people are rude and don't care of customers.

    Sir,
    I Subrata Sengupta consumer of Indane gas Cusumer. no. KP30912 under Indane distributor Kishore Krishna Indane . 105 NILACHAL COMPLEX, P.O. NARENDRAPUR, P.S. SONARPUR, DT.24 PGS(S) , West Bengal. I booked Through SMS on 18/01/12 at 20:37Hrs, Booking reference no is 275615. I Received another SMS dated 15/02/2012 against my refill booking" cash memo 4327 generated & cylinder shall be delivered shortly." but till date I have not recd. my cylinder. 15/02/12 morning my wife meet the distributor parsons then they said that next day they must deliver the cylinder, on 16/02/12 second time she met the distributor person at their office and asking the cause of delay then they started rough behaviour and threatening her and gave no proper reason. During that session my wife was wise enough to have recorded the conversation partly on her mobile which I can produce if required. After that my wife came back insulted and had no other option but to take my help in complaining to the customer forum for action against such distributor who plays with the daily house hold necessity. We are suffering this problem from last 1 week without a gas at home for cooking. Please help.

    the problem with the gas cylinder is not completely resolved as our booking was done on 7th of march 2012 the delivery boy delivered it today but still after my mother has called him and requested him to deliver it today as there is no gas at home and we are not able to cook due to that reason. the answer that he gave was he will deliver it on Monday that is after two days can you imagine it means no cylinder no food. I don't know how long we have to suffer with this problem.
