    Default Indane Gas complaint (Kochi)

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I got a gas connection in the name of my mother Karmily, consumer no : 5525. My mother died in 8th April 2003. i want to change our home address, for that i have asked our agent to give me the gas in my new address, So they told us there is some problems we cant change the address. Now for the last one year i am not able to get the gas from our agent M/s. United Gas Services, New Road,Cochin 682002,ph no: 2225421 : 2223555.

    We have applied only one cylinder, I need to book 2nd cylinder also, for that what i has to do. Again new connection is not available.

    Please help me, i dont know where to complaint...

    Angry Delay in getting Refilled Gas Cylinder from Indane Gas Agency- Panakkal Gas Agency,

    My Indane consumer No.3808. I have booked FOR Indane refilled Gas cylinder on 11th June, 2010 at Indane Gas Agency, PANAKKAL GAS AGENCY AT KUNNAMKULAM , THRISSUR DT. PHONE :04885-222936 / 220936 / 226936. 49 DAYS HAS ELASPED SINCE I BOOKED FOR THE GAS CYCLINDER. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER TO GET MY REFILLED CYCLINDER.

    Sir,i am a consumer of indane gas,for my house hold purpose,we are really suffering from the delay which occuring from the side of the gas agency,for getting gas on time.we are waiting for more than a month after booking,this time we booked the gas on 04/08/10,,and today is 14/09/10 still we didn't get the gas,several times we called the agency,their reply was like tomorrow,next week,stock didn't arrive so...and...so.last week they said that they already send it but till today we didn't get it,again we called today their reply was stock didn't come tomorrow....then we asked about their last time reply,they ignored it...really sir we fed up with this issue....please help us....my consumer number is 17152,name of the agency is krishane gas agency,Alappuzha...hope we will get justice from your side my name is siyad,my contact number is (mob) 9747077900

    Cool No response from Quilon gas agency on complaint regarding gas leakage fromgascylinder

    sir,
    No response from Quilon gas Agency inspite of complaint against gas cylinder leakage
    please take immediate action.Today mornig only(2-11-10) we have found leakage till 7pm no one responded to solve the problem.

    Default Non receipt of gas cylinder even after releasing of it

    Sir,

    my consumer no. 19625,distributer is maneesha gas agency at tripunithura tel. No. 0484- 2775401. I have booked my cylinder through ivrs on 09 oct 2010 and my booking no. Is 2539. Today (15 nov 2010) after 38 days i was just attempting to book the cylinder again through ivrs and the fresh booking was accepted by the system. From that it is crystal clear that booking no. 2539 dated 09 oct 2010 is cleared, whereas it has not reached/issued to me yet. Hence i request your good office to investigate the matter with most priority and the defaulters may be warned / punished suitably. Simultaneously i may be issued with gas cylinder at earliest.

    My Consumer number is 8224. I have booked on 07.10.10 in Omkaram Agency, Oachira. But till date they haven't supply my cylinder and said that they issued cylinder only after 20 days . So please take necessary steps to get cylinder fastly.

    My Indane consumer No.6627. I have booked for Indane refilled Gas cylinder on 5th October, 2010 at Indane Gas Agency,Panakkal Gas Agency ,Kunnamkulam.Thrissur District. PHONE :04885-222936 / 220936 / 226936.It is already 45 days over after my booking and I have not yet received the cylinder.When I called to Panakkal gas agency, they told that it will take 10 more days to get.When I contact the Custmer care in the number 18002333555,they told that my consumer number is not there in their records,it might have changed.But I didn't got any information regarding it and when they bought the last cylinder,in that bill also my consumer number is the same and it is 6627.In my book the SV number is 3721655.My address is SHIJI JOSEPH.T.THAZHATHOOT HOUSE,THOZHIYUR,ANJOOR.Now I am staying at Parempadam and I used to get my cylinder in the new address .In the bill it shows as Shiji Joseph.T,Thazhathoot house,VIIII/21/,Thozhiyoor,Anjoor,Before Parempadam,DD Pattambi Road,Yesuda,N/20100610,phone number-225152.

    Every time it takes nearly 60 days to get the refilled cylinder.
    1.I booked on 06/08/2010 and got the cylinder on 30/09/2010
    2.I booked on 10/06/2010 and got the cylinder on 03/08/2010
    3.I booked on 08/04/2010 and got the cylinder on 07/06/2010

    So I humbly request you to do the needful to get the cylinder as early as possible.

    Consumer no7530of quilongas agency

    the gas leakage and fire is primarily due to the defective rubber washer inside

    the neck of the gas cyinder. They are not replaced timely by the filling station

    the only solution is what you do with a disposable needle ? Or disposable glass

    issued by the railway caterers - distroy it.


    So when you return a empty gas cylinder first make sure its rubber washer is

    removed using a long pointed screw driver or long nail

    but do not attempt to remove a rubber washer from full or partially full

    gas cylinder

    Default Never deliver gas cylender on time

    I have an Indane Gas connection - consumer number is 29985, name Reghu Krishnapillai. I stay in Kakkanadu and my Indane gas distributor is Pooja Gas, V/766 B, Subaida Buildings, Unichira, Thrikkakara, Ernakulam.

    They never deliver gas on time and my last cylender supply was on Nov'10. Need tour help to register this as a compliant and make sure that we get the cylinder as on time. This agency is really painful and never deliver the gas ontime.

    Default Cheating by the Gas Agency

    Sir,

    I am Beena.P.S, and my Indane Gas Consumer Number is 80391 and the Agency is B.P.AGENCY,KOWDIAR,TRIVANDRUM. I write this great pain and patience.

    On several occasions the Agency cheated me by supplying the cylinder billed against my name is to someone else and delayed the supply for several days.
    It is a laborious task to get them on line to talk. Once get them their answer is usually like this, "Your bill has already prepared and we don't know who and when will supply at your place". "The driver of the pick up autorikshaw do not have any mobile number so you go to Kuravankonam Junction and wait there till the auto driver pass through there".
    If I suggest that I could come to the Agency and collect the cylinder then they used to say, "it is against rule and we can't supply it".

    So, on many occasions my husband (a Senior Officer under the Central Government) waited at Kuravankonam Junction to meet the driver but the person used to say " I came to your house but there was none, hence I supplied it to someone else".

    After such incidents when we complain to the B.P.Agency they say "Your turn is over, you wait for another one week or more for the supply at your place.

    This is too much. Either me (a Senior Officer under the State Government) or my husband to avail many days leave to wait for the great autorikshaw driver who bring the cylinder from the great gas agency. What a pity situation it is!.

    Sir, please instruct your B.P.Agency at Kowdiar, Trivandrum to show some mercy to the customers like us and not to cheat us by saying that the door is closed etc.

    ALSO I HUMBLY REQUEST YOUR GOOD OFFICE TO ALERT US BY AN S M S THAT WHEN WILL THE FILLED CYLINDER SUPPLIED AT MY RESIDENCE.

    Default gas delay problem

    Dear Sir,

    I have booked for refilling the cylinder on 14.02.2011with Sudarsan Gas Agency, Ayyanthole, but till today
    they have not delivered the cylinder to me. My consumer number is 10760. Please do the needful and arrange to deliver the cylinder as early as possible.

    I am regeena sunil .conection no; 7470 my agency aluva manu agencies .i book my gas march 21th i got the booking no .still i ddidnt get my reefilgas so i went cnquery about my gas .they are teling me some reson .this is not only my problam all custoner have. thees people are selling gas to black marcket . so i am expecting some replay my phone no 8129490906

    Default Regarding delay/ suspected cheating in supply of gas cylinder

    Dear Sir
    Iam Sabu abraham , an Indane customer staying at Palarivattom Kochi. I am getting the services of Indane through Anand Gas Agencies , South Janatha Road Palarivattom Phone.2337590, 2337571. My customer number is 39928
    . I made a refill booking, through Inter voice response system , from my mobile on 02-05 -2011and got a reference No 205028.

    Then , on 10- 06- 2011, 2.38 PM I have received an sms this- ' Dear Indane customer,against your refill booking 205028, cash memo 5636 generated,cylinder shall be delivered shortly".

    Again on the same day 3.46 pm I have received another sms like this Dear Indane customer, cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking 205028,with cash memo 5636 ".

    But that so called cylinder was not delivered at my home. As I was out of station I was not able to check this matter with the gas agency office. And on June 29 Thurs day, I went to gas agency and shown the sms from Indane , they said that the delivery boy found the house closed.And the gas agency agreed to send the cylinder by on July 2.They delivered the same on as agreed.
    I would like to clear the following doubts.
    (1) Whether there is a system with the gas agencies to inform the visit of delivery boy when the customer's residence is closed - Some note like a post man leave when he comes with a registered letter and found the addressee residence is closed.
    (2 )Is there a system to confirm the visit of delivery boy on 10- 06- 2011.
    (3) I got the gas cylinder with a bill after the price hike.Actually my cylinder was billed on 10- 06- 2011, for the price before the hike came into effect.I would like to know whether I was cheated or not.
    (4) Finally , I would like to know the name and contact details of Indane authority to whom I have to lodge a complaint.

    Default gas cylinder not delivered at home, stolen by someone

    I had booked indane gas cylinder booking number 213923 against cash memo 30 of 02Jul 11 booked on 28 Jun 11 informed via sms, and it was not delivered at my home for the first time. the new system of gokul agency phone no. 09961824365 n 0484-2301461 are are not ready to accept the difficulty faced by us. please resolve the matter.

    Dear sir,
    we are several time requested to change regulator due to lackage happening from the last 7 months.many times we given regulator to gass agency in palluruhy.They saying many excuses and reaturned it the same .But they are not ready to replace it anyway.It is a serious matter bcz the unsafelty of my house and peoples.In this situations,we are afraid to use cooking stove in house bcz of the leakage of regulator.
    So please take this matter very seriously and may do need full action on as soon as possible
