This is regarding the delay in refill delivery from my new gas distributor Jyothi gas service from Sheshadripuram Bangalore, Sir my consumer number is 45040,Sir i have booked a refill on 29.12.11 reference number is 296976 and its not delivered till now,when i went to enquire they said that it has been considered as 18.01.12 booking and till today they have not delivered the refill, how can we survive without the domestic fuel at home,if we call for enquiry they rudelly reply stock not received and if i try to book again through automatic indane gas booking it reply that i have a booking and the distibutor has cleared refill booking up to 04.01.12 as on today(28.01.12) which never happened with any distibutor till now as we have experience with Indane gas since 1972 this distibutor is not delivering the refill, kindly do the needful to solve this problem as Indane always deliver within 3/4 days maximum,please guide me how to file a case against this distibutor as they are very rude when we call.
