The worst service you could ever find would be from the IOCL where you are not even addressed when you call the helpline number. Earlier there used to be the local numbers who talked to you wihtout giving information and now the toll free number they do not recieve calls from your number. Even if they do, they cut it as soon as you say hello!!! i really don't understand why. Our gas connection has been cancelled and we were not even aware of it until now when by chance they picked the call from the helpline number. Why it is cut- no idea. But what is to be done- have to resubmit the documents. We have submitted the documents earlier. When i called back again to confirm that we had submitted them earlier- they dropped my call. This is not just the fault of the distributor the whole oil company is not bothered about their customers. If i would have waited for few more days for gas and if the current gas would have got over i wouldn't even have known why i didn't get my refill..
