I am an Indane Gas consumer and my Consumer Number is 28132 registered at Ajitha Gas Agency at No.21,North Thirumalai Nagar, ICF Link Road, Villivakkam, Chennai.

I have booked for a refill on 05/09/2011 vide booking reference No.229274 and I received a message on 09/09/2011 that a cash memo has been generated vide No.2215.

Inspite of receipt of this message I have not received the Gas refill untill this date.
My wife has often visited the Agency carrying an year old baby with much hardship but whenever the Agency is approached they respond with an answer that there is no Stock.
While my neighbours holding consumer number at Sabi Gas Agency which is nearby to my house is getting supply regularly, it is not understood why in this Agency alone there is shortage that too I am not supplied my due refill even after a month after billing.

I request you to kindly take appropriate action on the Agency and reddress my problem.

I also request that I may be guided to transfer my Agency to Sabi Gas Agency at Ayanavaram which is in my area.
