Cylinder booked on 09-08-2010 but supply not given even after repeated request till 25-08-2010.
Agency said we deliver in 20 - 25 days and when one cylinder is delivered then next cylinder booking will be made after 22 days. i.e.one booked cylinder is given in 45 days.
This happens in the spite of cylinder available in stock.

Many customers are in trouble due to process of delivering cylinder.
