I had ordered vide Order no.112600680 Sub Order No.3377138

New Ultimate Car Utility Combo - Jack+Tool kit+Air Compressor+Tubeless Tyre Repair Kit + Free Indiatimes GC of Rs.250 by Credit Card - 1/1_16th Sept(SELFCOD/EMI/ITZ)(Sub - 2)

The foresaid product was advertised in Times of India as 'Deal of the Day'.

The payment was made on line in 'Advance' on a assurance that product would be value for the price.

What was received was :

1. Cheap Chinese / substandard product - not worth one fourth of the price paid

2. The product did not even match - what was placed in the advertisements

3. No mannuals

Resultant follow up / complaints are yielding into 'non sense' communications with dubious policy deals.

It is apparent 'India Times' is cheating the customers. Please do not fall into trap.
