Indian oil gas Complaints: Proper Source of Complain
Indian Oil launched its LPG gas service in mid 60s and since then Indian Oil Gas popularly called Indane has been credited with bringing about a ‘kitchen revolution,’ spreading warmth and cheer in millions of households with the introduction of the clean and efficient cooking fuel. But the system at the lower end levels specially the agencies have corrupted and shattered the reputation of pleasant service of the company. There are many where people were made suffered with so many problems like – irregularity in supply of gas cylinders, non receipt of gas cylinders even after apply new connections, no information and no procedure of the agencies, selling of the cylinders in black market by them to make huge profits and so alike problems. However if you wish you can call the company directly to complain regarding the non-working of the processes of Indian oil. The LPG distribution of Indian oil and official charges and other complaints can be learnt from the sources that are toll-free and there are emergency contact numbers which allow you to visit the support section. All these you will find in the main web page of Indian Oil Gas and you can go for complaints regarding the Indian Oil Gas complaints. Indane is today one of the largest packed-LPG brands in the world and has been conferred the coveted ‘Consumer Superbrand’ status by the Superbrands Council of India. However, when it comes to complete stress free service it has to go a long way. There are people who complain regularly about the booking and irregularity of supply of cooking cylinders in homes. Many dealers or unscrupulous agents working in the Indane Gas service centers sell the cylinders in Black market to make huge profits making the subscribers suffer. There have been cases when people even received cylinder after one year of booking. Waiting in Que and booking at times is also a problem for Indane Gas. There have been instances of complaints from many people about forceful selling of accessories of gases to the customers with the threatening that the company otherwise would terminate the supply of cylinders at home and terminate their connection. The agency officials are irregular, they don’t come to office on time and more than that they also don’t act on complaints regarding the servicemen, the agency staff and other complaints. If you have failed in your attempts to bring in justice to all those people who are behind the Indane Gas poor service and wish for a source where your Indane Gas complaint would be accepted, then you should call for Customer Service Cell which is operated in the Area Office during working Hours/ days. This cell is backed up by an Officer and a telephone for responding / suggestions/ attending to Customer grievances/ queries. In the page Indian Oil Corporation :: Indane Gas you can click on the state and a pop up opens up with the space where you need to enter the name of your location. A number will be provided where you can make Bharat gas complaints. |

Dear Sir,
I have a gas connection from Aman Gas, Basti Jodhewal consumer no.AT9730. I have facing problem from this dealer. The phone no. of this dealer is 0161-2220029 & 2225339. But this no. is for wasting of time. No body picks the phone in their office. Another side when we visit their office for booking their representative’s behavior is not good and every time they demanding for Ration Card. Ration card copy already submitted on last year. I am a Indane LPG consumer vide Consuner No.4801 and my distributor is Golf Green Gas Service at 4/82, Bejoygarh, Kolkata-32. I am a working lady and hence take delivery of refill cylinder only on Saturdays which is already informed to the Agency. The distributor is lately pressurising me for extra payment if delivery is to be taken on a specific day. I booked one refill on 13/07/10 and they delivered the same after repeated phone calls on 06/08/10 and that too without the order slip/bill. I am afraid and I guess that the refill is not filled to its capacity. Previously also, this distributor delivered refill without the bill and it did not last the usual number of days.

My name is R.Balakrishnan i was residing in walajabath town ,kancheepuram district my gas customer number was 8468 which is in the connection of Sri Lakshminarayana gas agency at walajabad and i was booked my refill cylinder on 8-9-2010 today it was 22-9-2010 still yet i not getting cylinder when i called to the agency they replied irresponsibly , i requested you to forward this mail to the corresponding department staff thanking you |

The phone no. of this dealer is 0161-2229123 & 2609723. But this no. is for wasting of time. No body picks the phone in their office. I have a gas connection from Indane Gas at Mayur gasd in Peelamedu coimbatore consumer no. 17435. No body picks the phone in their office. Another side when we visit their office for booking their representative’s behavior is not good, also supply after booking takes almost 10 days. So, please take some necessary action .
that supply boy is talking too much and behaving not properly. |

my customer gas connection number is 17435. The agent office is named as Mayur gas whichi is situated in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu India. The telephone number is 0422-2571755, & 2591501. You please try these numbers. How you are getting responses. Atleast minimum fifteen times we have to try to get this number. After several attempt if we got the number we could not get correct answer. since I am working women my husband is abroad I could not get the cylinders regularly. You plese track the supply record of the above number. The supplying boy misusing my cylinder and arrogantly refusing to supply intime.Since our country is in developing stage in all aspects but for obtaining gas cylinder i am torturing five days per month. After several attempt only i am getting the cylinder everymonth. They are not giving the proper contact official for reporting my grievance. The supply boy named Mr.Edwin is ordering me to change the agent and arogantly telling that he will supply the cylinder whenever he will get free time. The work allotted for him is supply the cylinder and than how he can answer like this. Please refer the excerpts from Hindi Daily Dainik Jagran Dated 22nd August -2011 .We are facing problem in procuring cylinders in Muzaffarpur.At a time where Anna Hazaare is struggling for streamlining the whole system ,we are facing this problem in getting basic necessities. Request you all to take concrete action and implement SMS/phone booking facility so that gas delivery to consumers can be done in time. " रामबाग निवासी दीपा एक माह से परेशान हैं कि बुकिंग के बाद भी उन्हें गैस नहीं मिली है। वह नंबर लगाने के बाद दो बार शिकायत भी कर चुकी हैं, लेकिन आज भी एजेंसी के चक्कर काट रही हैं। गंगा ठाकुर खादी भंडार में रहते हैं, उनका नया कनेक्शन है। चूल्हा व सिलेंडर तो मिल गया, लेकिन गैस नहीं मिली। प्रवीण कुमार नामक एक उपभोक्ता का तो कहना है कि 20 जुलाई को गैस बुक कराया था, दूसरा सिलेंडर खाली हो चुका है और जैसे-तैसे खाना बन रहा है। यह कोई इन तीनों की ही समस्या नहीं है गैस सिलेंडर वाकई बड़ी समस्या बनकर खड़ी होती जा रही है। वैसे तो जिले में 17 गैस एजेंसियां हैं जबकि कनेक्शन 1,86,849। लेकिन, नियमित आपूर्ति नहीं होने के कारण गैस की किल्लत हमेशा रहती है। हालांकि इसमें कालाबाजारी का महत्वपूर्ण हाथ है। स्थिति यह है कि निबंधित उपभोक्ता को गैस के लिए चक्कर लगाना पड़ता है, लेकिन अवैध रूप से गैस चूल्हा जला रहे लोगों के दरवाजे पर जब चाहें तब गैस पहुंच जाती है। हां, उन्हें सिलेंडर की दर से डेढ़ गुणा अधिक खर्च करना पड़ता है। ऐसे में कई उपभोक्ता यह सवाल भी उठाते हैं कि जब इतनी किल्लत है तो आखिर कालाबाजारी के लिए सिलेंडर कहां से मिल जाता है। उधर, किल्लत को लेकर एजेंसियों, कंपनियों के अलग अलग स्वर हैं। उनका कहना है कि सिलेंडर की आपूर्ति उपभोक्ताओं की संख्या के हिसाब से सभी एजेंसियों को 15 फीसदी कम की जाती है। |

Sir i am glad to inform you that i am one of your most valuable customer. The agent office is named as Mayur gas whichi is situated in Peelamedu, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu India. The telephone number is 0422-2571755, & 2591501. Whenver i contacted to those numbers no response from that attend. I had tried a lot to contact those number. but all in vein. After several attempt if i got the number the end used could not get it. so i dont know what to do. i just tried to know about my booking status. since i am a government servant and touring all over tamilnadu i am unable to go directly to enquire about the problem. Please take necessary action and help the uneducated people who do not know how to know their booking status. With regards sasikumar.
