My consumer No. is IGA17520. I have booked the gas on 15/12/2011, but it was not delivered. After complain it was booked again on12/1/2012 and it was insured that the gas will be delivered on next day, but it did no happen. This is the situation of almost every month. it is never delivered in time. All the customers are facing a lot of difficulties through this gas agency. kindly so some thing.

My Customer ID is 18395. I booked for cylinder on 07.01.2012 and until now I have not got it. Every month it takes 4 to 5 weeks for them to deliver the next cylinder. Please look into this matter and do the needful.
