Exclamation Irresponsibility of Su-Kam

Su-Kam India's No. 1 Digital Home UPS seller, is now detoriarating in solving Customer's grivences.
Model No.: 800VA Cosmic, has been bought from Adams Marketting Pvt. Ltd. on 3/4/2010 at Kharagpur, but has malfunctioned on 9/8/2010.
Though we have registered a complaint regarding the same on 10/08/2010 in the customer care no 18001024423,
Complaint no 1108348292,
but the company has failed to respond.
Inspite of repeated queries at the customer care no., no step has been taken to improve the situation and restore the UPS system from the company's end.
If the company is unalbe to respond within the next 24 hrs. and restores my UPS by then, I'll be compelled to raise the issue to the consumer forum the very next day.
Please reply telephonically in under mentioned no.

Dear customer,

Our engineer, Prithwish Karak came to you place and found that the transformer was faulty. He replaced it on 29.08.2010. We hope it is running properly now.
