Dear All,

I wanna know that Kanpur Electric Supply has filed F.I.R. against me for outstanding payment of their electric supply. I have issued a cheque against outstanding payment. I have to submit N.O.C to Police Station that all outstanding payment has been paid. As per Kanpur Electric Supply they are refusing to issue me N.O.C. until the cheque is realised. We know very well that Government Department present cheque before Banks very late.On other hand Police is making pressure over me to submit N.O.C otherwise suit will be logged against me. I'm in dilemma what to do now.

Please advice me so that i could overcome from this problem
