My Name is Nitin Thapa, I have an account with Citizen gas Enterprises with the name of Mrs. Kamini Devi (mother) and my customer No. is 10680, Usually their given numbers of agency i.e. 26033309, 26023597 & 26028850 not connected in the working ours after my regular efforts I succeed to connect them on dated 06.09.2010 and they assured me to send the cylinder within 2-3 days but till today I did not got the same, I would like to inform you that I am using the cylinder from buying in black from outside in Rs. 550.00, please help out in this matter because the gas delivery agent earning the so much money by selling the same in black to other people and needful people have to buy the cylinder from outside.


Kindly do the needfull ASAP in the favor of a needy consumer..
