respected sir/madam, i am mrs shibani dash a consumer of lpg cooking gas supplied by hindustan petroleum. my consumer code no is 612467. i am a resident of bargarh a small town in the district of bargarh in the state of orissa, india . M/S PRIYA GAS AGENCY is the name of the dealer appointed by hindustan petroleum to distribute lpg at home in my town but sorry to say you here that the dealer is making constant harassment and trouble to supply us lpg as beacuse of which some weeks i am unable to cook at home. for example i have booked for a lpg refilled cylinder on dt. 5.5.10 vide booking no-522 but till date there is no supply of lpg to my home only several assurance like come tomorrow , no stock etc,to day by 5.35 pm the dealer was saling lpg refilled cylinder from his booking office at n.h.6 bargarh but refused to supply my, kindly look into this matter with sincer and interest, thanking you, with regards, shibani dash, bargarh, orissa, india.
