we are facing a lot of problems in gettig a gas cylinder for our kitchen use, every month. No one in the mata sheetle gas servise office responding positively.cylinder booking is very dificult to book. Delivery is very much delayed every month.And also 21 days after the date of delivery of cylinder, they book for another cylinder. and generally they are not picking the phone to book the gas by phone. Delivery time of cylinder is not fixed, it may vary from 10 to 30 days. I have booked for cylinder on 17/1/12 but not even today I got the cylinder. And no body is responding for the phone calls.so pl. help us to get the cylinder at least one in a month. waiting for your further response.
