Since last five years I have availed on line bill payment service through ICICIBANK & my electicity bill payment has been paid by bank through my account regularly on time.
But from last two months the payment is getting deyaled , I have sent e-mail regarding this issue to Icici Bank as wel as MSEB .But I am not getting any reply .

Please look into this matter & kindly resolve this issue asap.

i have the query that many time meter reading is not taking properly. and getting the average bill month on month. mentioning in the remark that DOOR LOCKED, METER FAULTY, so i am requesting that kindly take the proper meter reading and then send the bill.so i hope that in future i wont get this kind of average bill month on month.because why should i pay more bill than what i am consuming .

Gentlemen,
Out of 12 months only once the meter reading was taken of my house and I am being billed for average of 220 units which is higher than normal. I had brought this to the notice of MESB billing dept by going personally ( I am 75 years old customer. The person in charge ( Mr Dixit) gave me the mobile of the meter reader -contractor to contact (Mr Somnath M-9970096972) I did contact him and gave my address and meter no.but still he does not come.I have a dog at the gate of my bunglow for last 9 years and meter reader was still coming before therefore he need not give this excuse.

IAccording to me I have overpaid MSEB. What can I do ? Pl informthe Higher authorities thro"you. Thanks
