I think you have not read the mail which i had written to you on Tue, Jun 22, 2010 at 4:11 PM, in that mail the complaints number (55199540 and 55199653 ) which are mentioned are completely different and are inappropriate. because you are giving me the status of that complaints which i had made a long time ago, this is not fair please read the mail again and carefully and solve me problem as soon as possible, this is absurd that you are reply to me about the old cases not the new one which i had complaint for the activity to be done at my home by the NDPL team as it is related to the sealed Electric meter and their distribution boxes.
when i had written first mail to you on the same day at evening i again called you customer care number and again they give a one more complaint number as 55199759. Till now my problem is not resolved by the NDPL team and i am very upset by the Worst Performance of the NDPL Team involved in this activity. This is a worst thing done by NDPL delhi team Rohini Zone.
At present both of the seal of me distribution box has been broken up by you team that arrived at my home and did not perform any activity after breaking the seal of both the distribution boxes. Still now i am having the same problem of heating up of the NDPL electric wires and cables along with the distribution box which is now started melting due to heat produced by the connection made by NDPL team in the distribution box to give electric supply to the different NDPL Electric meters.
Please read the above mail carefully and call me at (9899949994) if you do not understand what i am writing to you because i do not expect absurd reply/result form You .
I request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible to avoid any more esclations....

Sir,
I am very upset with the work and behaviour of the NDPL staff working in the Rohini Sector - 8 zone .
I am living in Pocket E-16 house number 174 -177 sector -8 Rohini delhi -110085 and my contact number is : 9899949995. Yesterday eveing i was having a problem in the distribution box in my house which is sealed and having different connection to my different electric meter. it was very hot and smell of burning wires was coming out from it continuously from that distribution box.
After this i immediately called you number 01166404040 and registered a complaint having number : 55199540. after this nothing happened to my problem, this is how NDPL staff is solving their customer problem.
After this i got one more number of my local Zonal sector - office (9818100214) and agian i register the same complaint of wire burning after this at night around 11:50 PM two NDPL employees come to my house and they broke the seal of the distribution box and told me that the Neutral wire had burned and they will fix it in the morning on 22/06/2010 and pasted a page on the distribution box. After this nothing happend and when again on today i called the help line number they again told me to register a new complain and now they again give me a different number : 55199653 for the same complaint. i think this is the absurd thing about the NDPL staff of repeatint a same complaint again and again.
Now at present 4 :00 PM had past and my problem is not resolves and still their is no electricity at my house and i am very upset with the performance of the NDPL staff as now no one from their zonal office is picking up the phone.
I request you to please look into this matter and do the needful.
