    Unhappy NDPL DELHI not paying attention to consumer complaint

    Sir,

    I think you have not read the mail which i had written to you on Tue, Jun 22, 2010 at 4:11 PM, in that mail the complaints number (55199540 and 55199653 ) which are mentioned are completely different and are inappropriate. because you are giving me the status of that complaints which i had made a long time ago, this is not fair please read the mail again and carefully and solve me problem as soon as possible, this is absurd that you are reply to me about the old cases not the new one which i had complaint for the activity to be done at my home by the NDPL team as it is related to the sealed Electric meter and their distribution boxes.

    when i had written first mail to you on the same day at evening i again called you customer care number and again they give a one more complaint number as 55199759. Till now my problem is not resolved by the NDPL team and i am very upset by the Worst Performance of the NDPL Team involved in this activity. This is a worst thing done by NDPL delhi team Rohini Zone.


    At present both of the seal of me distribution box has been broken up by you team that arrived at my home and did not perform any activity after breaking the seal of both the distribution boxes. Still now i am having the same problem of heating up of the NDPL electric wires and cables along with the distribution box which is now started melting due to heat produced by the connection made by NDPL team in the distribution box to give electric supply to the different NDPL Electric meters.

    Please read the above mail carefully and call me at (9899949994) if you do not understand what i am writing to you because i do not expect absurd reply/result form You .

    I request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible to avoid any more esclations....

    Sir,
    I am very upset with the work and behaviour of the NDPL staff working in the Rohini Sector - 8 zone .

    I am living in Pocket E-16 house number 174 -177 sector -8 Rohini delhi -110085 and my contact number is : 9899949995. Yesterday eveing i was having a problem in the distribution box in my house which is sealed and having different connection to my different electric meter. it was very hot and smell of burning wires was coming out from it continuously from that distribution box.
    After this i immediately called you number 01166404040 and registered a complaint having number : 55199540. after this nothing happened to my problem, this is how NDPL staff is solving their customer problem.

    After this i got one more number of my local Zonal sector - office (9818100214) and agian i register the same complaint of wire burning after this at night around 11:50 PM two NDPL employees come to my house and they broke the seal of the distribution box and told me that the Neutral wire had burned and they will fix it in the morning on 22/06/2010 and pasted a page on the distribution box. After this nothing happend and when again on today i called the help line number they again told me to register a new complain and now they again give me a different number : 55199653 for the same complaint. i think this is the absurd thing about the NDPL staff of repeatint a same complaint again and again.

    Now at present 4 :00 PM had past and my problem is not resolves and still their is no electricity at my house and i am very upset with the performance of the NDPL staff as now no one from their zonal office is picking up the phone.



    I request you to please look into this matter and do the needful.

    Default Billing of a meter which is not in use since 08/07/2009.

    NDPL has sent a bill of a meter which is not in use since 08/07/2009.

    A new meter was installed inplace of old meter on 08/07/2009. But after one year NDPL inspect the old meter and sent a bill of Rs. 8775/-.

    I want to know Why this out of order meter inspect after one year.

    I am a person who want to investigate about all the survey companies launched in India. I find that speakasiaonline is the first company who have launch its survey program in india. Its business plan is good as to follow. But after that there are several companies who are taking surveys from peoples of india & providing money about 2000(Ramsurvey),3000(marketviewonline), 4000 (flcadvertisement) but I want to know that are in real these companies are having the contacts with those companies for which they are taking survey.
    As hear about Ramsurvey that it has stopped to transfer the income into the bank account. & telling to transfer amount in the upline account & take the cash .If it is true the company which is taking the survey ,If he has the real contacts of survey then he will get the full payment from that company & their panelist will get cash from the new entries. If it going on then there is problem in the economic status of the country. About one thing for the ramsurvey company that this company why proving the money in the form of dollars. This company is situated in india then it has to take & gave money in the form of RS. Althouth Speakasiaonline is the Singapore based company so it has some reasons for that to take & provide money in dollars.
    I don’t know which company is true or false but I want to share my opinion that in my city there are lots of people who are joined under Ram survey with a large no of enteries but know when this company is not providing money in direct bank transfer & then the upper people are taking the money from that peole & providing enteries .
    I want to share something that if we have to stop that type of companies than we have to stop their websites, because all people think that company is providing the money but it is wrong ,the money they get is from that people who start the ramsurvey at that time . So I think that it becomes money circulation process By around newly opened 8-12 companies in india. So I don’t force any body to join or not to join that companies but I want to say that it will may create a unbalance in the financial status of the country & to save our country we have to find out the truth of the companies.
    The people of India are foolish & selfish If any company is taking a survey in real manner then why a landlord peoples are taking a multiple enteries in that company. So people of India can’t be satisfied with the money providing by the company. & they become take a survey job as a profession.
    If these companies are fake then only way to stop these companies is only method to stop their websites legally by the government to protect the lower class people who are taking dreams by taking faith on that companies .

    Default NDPL Contractors are Free to Make their own Rules

    Dear Customercare

    This has the reference to new electrical poles being installed at DP-Block Pitampura,
    Your contractor very arbitrary fixing position of these pillars thus causing huge confusion.

    Your contractor started to install new electrical posts from one end & kept a gap of six houses
    But who ever managed through means were not forced to install pillars in front of their house
    And contractor started to force the next house wards to move their car for the pillar installation

    Why there are no fixed rules & regulations for the same thus allowing contractors to harass residents.
    We would like to meet the concerned authority & understand the same.

    Default Not accepting request for disconnection of meter

    To,
    Officer concerned, NDPL, Delhi.( Model Town District )

    Subject: Not complying to my request number 2001154672 dated 27-9-11 regarding disconnection of meter No.:NDP 13726 ; CA No.:60005278001 installed at Block B-35/9, G.T.Karnal road Industrial Area, Delhi.

    Sir,
    Refer to my request letter mentioned above and my letters dated 20-0-11 and 28-10-11, but till today ( 11-11-11 ) I was told by call center that the matter remains unsolved as the original allotee has asked not to remove the meter.

    The facts are stated below and assess yourself and resolve the matter in good faith and for confidence of suffers :

    1. That the meter is alloted in the name of Raj wahal Electric Press but the correct name is Raj Kamal Electric Press B-35/9, G.T.Karnal Road Industrial Area, Delhi. ( Model Town District ).

    @. That the plot was sold to Smt.Kusum Lata Goel, Shalimar Bagh, Bagh and was purchased by me from her. I have also submitted the registration copy and other papers proving that the said plot is mine.

    3. That your officers are telling/giving the reason for not removable of electric meter as the first party has instructed not to do so asw he is having a dispute with first owner that is Smt. Kusum Lata Goel. This is a false statement/reason given to me as such there is no dispute or court case in this regard. If there is so how you can relie on verbal statement it has to supported by documentary evidence; which NDPL does not have.

    4. The fact is that I have however to clear the doubt or misunderstanding submitted a NOC from Raj Kamal Electric Press signed by the proprietor Mr.Lalit Seth and was submitted personally by me on 28-11-11 under D No.:1761.

    Now in the event of above be honest and judge that what is my fault that I am targeted and made to pay bills of around Rs.8000.00 and above.

    Please note that this is not proper on the part of NDPL owned by mighty TATAS and give bad name to your company.

    You sahoul quickly resolve the matter and immedaitely disconnect the meter with causing angdphysical, mental and financial loss to me.

    If no action is taken I will stop paying the bills as I cannot afford to loose due to your unwillingness to resolve the case ; and, I will write personal letter to Shiella Dik Shit , Tajender Khanna , Consumer Cell and and can also take legal action against you ( NDPL ) to recover the damages suffered by me both mentally and financially.
