Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have a complain regarding noise pollution at Mira road near kanakia police station adjacent to Raj atlantis. Here few people just people get together and start full volume music for full day. Even there is a police station also but nobody takes any legal action regarding the same. As per our indian constitution we can use music system publicly on full volume only upto 10pm not beyond that time.

Inspite of repeated requests they fail to understand our problem. They say that they have the required permission from the concerned authorities. Children get disturbed in their studies and we cannot take rest in the afternoon even in the night also.

We dont understand how to stop this nuisance . If we want to make a compalint for noise pollutuion where do we report this matter. Kindly assist

I think in Mira road especially at kanakia road there is no rules and regulation, everybody does their work / enjoy without considering others feeling.
