I, the Indane gas conusmer bearing No.TI 006415, approached for booking re-fil today. They have
asked me to produce, ration card xerox copy. On production, I have asked ack. on the "Domestic Gas
Customer Card" (Book) as in the case of other gas agencies done earlier.

Trinetra gas distributors have rejected to acknowledge.

Incase they are not submitting the papers properly who will be held responsible?

Kindly suggest them to give ack properly incase their actions are bonafide.
