Con.No.223 regisered with Saroj Enterpirses in Vikaspuri had booked LPG Gas refill on 22/6/2010 at 2.30 PM. The ordeer booked bear No.7020 dated 22/6/2010 with printed net amount of Rs.310.35. The cylinder was not delivered in time. Howwever, after announcement of the increase in the LPG gas price, the delivery took place on 26th June 2010. The cylinder with enhanced charges of Rs.345.35 stamped on the voucher was not accepted as the dealer delayed the supply.

It has to be officialy ascertained from the dealer, Saroj Enterprises, whether they supplied gas cylinder to any other consumer before the increased price who has booked the order on 22/6/2010. What was the stock position on 22nd to 25th June 2010. Why the consumer should pay more when the stocks show surplus on these dates?

How IOC protects the interest of consumer when they have themselves formulated wrong policies of charging the consumer the rate at the time of delivery?
