I booked for supply of one Refilled Indane Gas Cylinder on 21.08.2010 with M/S North End Gas Centre, Barasat, North 24-Pgs. (WB) against my Consumer No. NE-12728. Having no supply, I enquired at the above office on 16.09.2010. They told me that my booking had been cancelled and advised me to re-book afresh. Accordingly, I re-booked on 16.09.2010, they noted down my Consumer No. and assured supply within 03 days. Having no result, I again paid a visit to their office on 21.09.2010 and this time also, they did the same thing and assured supply within a day or two. But, till today they have not supplied me Refilled Gas Cylinder.
I am surprised to note that M/S North End Gas Centre, Barasat, North 24-Pgs. (WB) has cancelled my Booking without knocking at my door and they did not supply it even after repeated request to them.
