Dear Consumer Forum Team,

This is with reference to service of Pepsop - Pest Control Service provided by its Thane (W) branch.

They have cheated the society members as on 29 January,2012, by taking the signatures of the members of Pratibha Co-operative Housing Society in Kalwa/ Thane (W) on their card with an assurance of providing the pest control service on the same day itself.

The personnel Mr.Ghansham has ran away without providing the service to 'A-wing' of the society and he took the signatures of the members by providing the false assurance.

The personnel has kept his cell phone switched off. When contacted Pepsop none of them gave the right contact number of Mr.Ghansham .

There's a nexus with the Secretary of the Pratibha Co-operative Society and the personnel from the Pepsop Pest Control organisation -Khopat , Thane (W).

Is this how Pepsop gives false assurances to its clients?
