Honourable Consumer forum
through bill no.14189 dt.19/10/09, bought Pyarryware products from Imandar & Company, 334/37/B, 9th Main. Gokul 2nd Phase, M.S. Ramaiah Road, Bangalore 560054.
Nature of complaint:
1. Item SlimlineHealth Faset - pressing button broken due to poor quality of material.
2. coating on washbasin water tap faded.

As per the direction of the dealer raised a complaint with customer support of Pyarryware 0n 18th/19th may and complaint number is CBG05224.

response from the customer support was first item broken is not due to manufacturing defect and colour fading is due to usage of acid. please note that reason for item broken is due to poor quality of material and never ever we used acid on water tap and coating faded in the middle of the tap and there is not possibility for applying acid on middle part.

As company denied the right of the customer and challenged to take the extreme step to raise a complaint with honourable consumer forum.

so that i am humbly requesting to the hounourable forum to take an appropriate decision on this complaint.
