This is to formally register a complaint against Veena Gas services, Sarai Julena, Near New friends colony, Neary Hotel Crown Plaza, Okhla, New Delhi.

All the staff of Veena Gas Services are very ill mannered and always respond in very bad manner. Also, all the new customers are compelled to take Gas stove along with new connections and they have to pay heavily for that. Whenever we have to book the Gas for the month, we have to beg as if we are asking something free of cost. We have to dial for hours to book the gas and 90% of the time phone is not getting picked.

Request you to please dont disclose my identity while taking it up with Venna Gas owners.
