I was having this problem for more for the past 8 months then it was before. in our area (avadi) the gas agency distributor is not responding the complaints at all.
which is the booked gas will not come to the home even if that is booked 20 days before we our self take gas for the company which is 2-kilometers from the home[the reason given by the line man is the road is not good but in the same road about 4000+ vehicle is using daily]the line man will never deliver it to the home and also this people will deliver the gas to some higher official's home if we complaint about this they will least bother about the issue and no action is taken on the line man.and also the company will speak about the rule in which they will not book the gas before 21 days from the delivery of the gas.but the IOC say their are no such rule's like that.

i am not the one facing this problem but the most of the people in this area face it.

kindly some one help in this issue were we can complaint about this for which they will take the action.
