My name is Mohan Swaroop. My connection is running from 20/02/1987.Due to the fault of the Distributor the gas is booked on consumer no 15456.Due to this fault of distributor ,my connection is closed for 180 days. I am facing a problem.On 1/12/2011 i have deposited all the document for open my connection. Distributor has promised to me your connection is open in 15 days but till today my connection is not open.


I had to complain to Hindustan petroleum on 27/12/2011 and My complaint reference number is 11064826.ON 29/12/2011 i got a mail from HP customer care to send your photo Id & address proof . As per the Demand i will send my address proof and photo id.
On 04/01/2012 got the Status of your connection is re-opened. But when i went to agency (PRAGATI GAS FLAME) for booking, my connection still close for 180 days.
I am facing a problem last 2 months without any fault ..
