Dear Sir,

We have got the modiguard glasses installed at our home in Delhi, two years back in 2008.
Within 2 months the glasses got brown/black spots and all the shining is lost.
We complained a lot many a times to the vendor, and the dealer from whom the vendor purchases the glasses.
Both of them even visited our house once, and agreed that it is manufacturing defect.

It is really painful for us that till date no action is taken, and every time one or the other excuse is given by both of them.
