i'm an indian air force officer posted to AF Stn Halwara, 30 kms from Ludhiana in Punjab,

the worst kind of after sales service a company can provide is what has been provided to me. i'm using purit for the past 2 years. on two previous occassions i got the germ kit batterry replaced and delivered at my door step but this time it would not happen. following are my complaint nos. for your reference--
102440317, 102469996, is10/ldh23834869, 102440317, 102487540, 102497262.
finally i get a message that the address cannot be traced for comp no-102487540.( as if the address has vanished from the face of the earth)

the first complaint made was on the 14 jul 2010....i'm still waiting for the batt kit to be delivered.

IN THE MEANWHILE THE TAP OF THE SYSTEM HAS ALSO GIVEN WAY.....I DON'T KNOW WETHER FOR THAT I WILL HAVE TO TAKE THE SET TO THEIR MUMBAI FACTORY......

worst kind of service providers. i bought a purit purifier on 20th mar 2011 and hardly used it for 30 litres of water but it stopped working. i registered my first complaint on 18th jun 2011 and after that continuously every 2nd day i m calling purit helpline (service providers) but no assistance was provided to me till date. My complaint no was c113535024. i think u chaps only sell items and forget about the rectification of the defects. its a pathetic attitude from ur side. i have never seen shameless creatures like u. so if u r ashamed after reading this mail please send some representative to my home.

Pureit has the worst after sales in the whole world. I have not recieved a single germ kit battery in last six months. The purifier is just a show piece nowadays in my house. I have lost track of how many complaints i have made
